Qualifications
- 5+ years medical device sales experience in the United States.
- 3+ years direct sales leadership experience managing field-based teams.
- Proven ability to lead multiple geographies and exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategies and revenue targets.
- Lead, recruit, mentor, and manage regional sales leaders and reps.
- Establish metrics, territory plans, quota structures, and coaching programs.
- Build distributor partnerships across key US markets.
- Drive market access initiatives and support product adoption.
- Manage forecasts, pipelines, and sales reporting in CRM.
- Coordinate product launches with marketing, clinical, regulatory, and operations teams.
