Job summary

MicroSurgical Technology, Inc. seeks a Vice President of North America Sales to lead all commercial efforts in the region, develop strategic plans and drive revenue growth. This role oversees a 30-40 person team across sales, marketing and customer support and reports to the CEO.

The candidate will lead strategic sales initiatives, manage budgets and forecasts, build strong customer relationships, and represent the company at industry events. Extensive travel across North America is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership in medical devices, Ophthalmology focus preferred.
• 7-10 years leading large commercial teams with 30+ reps and sales directors.
• Extensive travel across North America required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to reach NA revenue targets and market share objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 30-40 sales, marketing and customer support employees.
• Set and manage sales targets, KPIs, and budgets; oversee forecasting and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, industry leaders, and strategic partners.
• Maintain in-depth market knowledge and provide input to product development based on feedback.
