You will personally manage a key regional territory while driving national revenue strategy, pipeline growth, and accurate forecasting. The role requires navigating multi-stakeholder buying with technical, operational, and C-level decision-makers, and traveling 50%+ nationally.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of sales experience in Biopharma/CGT/Animal Health/Tissue Processing with proven experience selling GMP sterile liquid solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue strategy, pipeline growth, and forecasting; manage key regional territory while driving national revenue.
• Lead a national sales team through field participation, joint calls, and coaching on value-based messaging in regulated environments.
• Partner with CEO, board and cross-functional teams to refine market strategy, CRM discipline, and lead-generation campaigns.
