Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Operations to shape strategy, optimize performance, and drive national growth from a remote-capable leadership role with up to 25% travel.

You will partner with the President to define change initiatives, manage budgets, and build high-performing teams that deliver exceptional client outcomes while shaping operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site operations.
• Experience leading large operational organizations in service-based and contractor-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, budgeting, and operational planning.
• Experience leading sales teams and overseeing customer experience initiatives.
• Ability to translate business initiatives into action and align teams and resources.
• Exceptionally clear communication and influence across stakeholders.
• Strong project and change-management skills with multi-priority handling.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; MBA strongly preferred.
• Private equity experience: desirable.
