Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee a diverse portfolio of student housing assets nationwide. You will drive revenue, profitability, and efficiency while leading Regional Property Managers to achieve occupancy and performance targets.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, mentor leaders, and guide value-add initiatives, new property onboarding, and strategic partnerships. This role offers remote flexibility with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• 10+ years' experience in Student Housing property management, including 5-8+ years as a Regional Property Manager (or equivalent).
• Experience managing multi-unit properties and/or managers in geographically dispersed locations.
• Experience managing student and conventional multi-family properties throughout the United States.
• Experience managing Class A and Class B properties preferred.
• Experience overseeing new construction deals and/or value-add projects preferred.
• Experience with Entrata or Realpage products (Onesite) and Yieldstar strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full P&L for a large portfolio of Coastal Ridge owned and third party-managed assets, driving topline revenue and expense management.
• Mentor and develop the Regional Operations Team and others to drive policy and accountability.
• Work with underperforming assets to strategize improvements and results.
• Complete regular site visits to mentor teams and provide strategic oversight.
• Lead onboarding of new properties and coordinate with Acquisitions for asset exits.
• Participate in owner and partner calls with focus on distressed assets.
