Wpromote is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead Polaris, our client CRM and marketing intelligence platform. You will shape strategy, build a scalable leadership structure, and push AI adoption across development.

The role emphasizes executive judgment, collaboration with Product, UX, Data Science, Security, and Finance, and accountability for architecture, reliability, and security. Remote-first with in-person hubs in LA/NY, salary $230k–$285k.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with leadership.
• 5+ years leading engineering managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep architectural judgment across SaaS, APIs, cloud, data platforms, and security.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and platform automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and hold engineering managers and ICs accountable across stacks.
• Set high technical standards for judgment, delivery, collaboration, and operational discipline.
• Own engineering capacity planning, budgets, and vendor spend.
• Shape Polaris roadmap with Product, UX, Data Science, and Security.
• Manage end-to-end architecture across technologies and data pipelines.
