Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Product Manager to join its Technology team and shape Polaris IQ, a marketing intelligence platform. You will own multiple applications, lead the design and development group, and collaborate with marketing services, clients, and engineers to deliver the roadmap.

The role emphasizes research, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to improve marketing outcomes. Remote-ready in most US states, with office hubs in LA and NYC for in-person opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or a digital agency.
• Experience translating user or business needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams to move initiatives from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple Polaris IQ applications and deliver the roadmap across areas.
• Conduct user research and analyze market data to develop use cases and recommendations.
• Translate user and business needs into requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for Engineering and Design.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Client Services to launch valuable product experiences.
• Represent Polaris IQ in client conversations, demos, and internal planning.
• Use data to evaluate success and guide future product decisions.
