Job summary

Wpromote is looking for a senior engineering leader to oversee architecture, delivery, quality, reliability, security, and budget for Polaris.

You will lead managers and ICs across the application stack, data pipelines, quality engineering, and the cloud platform; partner with Product, UX, Data Science, and the CPO to sequence investments and make tradeoffs; own architecture across Python/Django, React, PostgreSQL, Airflow, BigQuery, GKE, Terraform, and Argo CD.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years leading engineering managers.
• Deep architectural judgment across SaaS, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and CI/CD.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development and strong vendor and budget ownership.
