Wpromote is seeking a Director of AI Solutions—a forward-deployed, client-facing leader guiding AI initiatives across teams. You will design, build, and deploy AI workflows that automate processes and enhance decision-making, while shaping Polaris IQ's intelligence layer.

You will partner with strategy, product, and data engineering teams, translating complex tech into business value for clients. You will own the full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions, mentor 1–3 AI professionals, and lead

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing roles focused on client service, product, or technology.
• 2+ years shipping and operating enterprise AI systems (agentic orchestration, MCP, API, SQL/BigQuery).
• Experience mentoring junior talent and communicating with executives.
• Ability to translate technical approaches into business value.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI solutions to automate workflows and create new capabilities.
• Own full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions—from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect secure integrations with Polaris IQ, third-party tools, and client systems.
• Partner with leadership and clients to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Mentor 1–3 AI Strategists / AI Engineers with coaching and growth planning.
