Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, data analytics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Significant experience leading enterprise data, analytics, BI, data engineering, or technology functions.
• Experience shaping enterprise data strategies, governance, reporting platforms, and self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise data strategy across architecture, governance, analytics, and AI-enabled insights.
• Lead three functions: Data Services & Architecture, Data Analytics/Insights, and Data Governance & Quality.
• Drive self-service analytics, data quality programs, and data governance with executive support.
