Signal & Strand is seeking one or two Vice Presidents of Business Development to build a new market for an outsourcing partner serving US businesses with dedicated remote teams. You will own a vertical such as Real Estate, Home Services & Construction, Waste & Environmental Services, or Hospitality, and craft the go-to-market, pricing, and partnerships from scratch.

You will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales and work with Marketing and Customer Experience to ensure the offering aligns

Formación

5+ years in B2B business development in target industries (real estate, home services/construction, waste/env services, or hospitality).
5+ years in senior sales leadership with a track record in the industry.
Comfortable interacting with owners and C-suite executives.

Responsabilidades

Own new business for your vertical from first conversation to signed agreement with your own pipeline.
Design the go-to-market for a new industry including ICP, offer, pricing, and partnerships.
Land strategic partnerships and national accounts, then deepen them.
Be the face of the company at conferences, trade associations, client visits and industry events.
Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience to ensure delivery matches market needs.
Help set strategic direction of the division as new verticals develop.
