Job summary

Toptal is looking for a Vice President of AI Services to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered ITSM solutions. This remote role requires extensive IT services experience and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring client satisfaction and developing new practices.

You will manage P&L and collaborate closely with clients to create impactful solutions within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a robust leadership background in IT service management and AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT services experience with a senior leadership role for at least 5 years.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow’s ITSM Pro, ITOM, Virtual Agent, or Now Assist.
• Proven track record in building or scaling practices within an MSP.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and P&L for the AI Services practice.
• Lead the architectural and delivery efforts for ServiceNow AI solutions.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team tailored to AI services.
