This fully remote role prioritizes candidates in the Eastern Time Zone, oversees a distributed team, and collaborates with Marketing, Member Access, Operations, and Clinical leadership to accelerate access to evidence-based addiction treatment and reduce barriers to care.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare growth or partnership leadership.
• Experience building national-scale referral partnerships.
• Strong track record turning partnerships into measurable growth.
• Executive-level communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the national growth strategy for partnerships and referrals.
• Deepen and expand the most impactful partnerships across markets.
• Lead and develop a distributed Partnerships Development team.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams.
• Represent the company with courts, health systems, and government partners.
• Translate market intelligence into prioritized partnership plans.
