• Executive-level communication and fluency with CRM systems like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the national growth strategy for referral partnerships across healthcare, justice-involved, and community channels.
• Lead a distributed team of Partnership Development Managers and drive measurable referral volume and census growth.
• Represent the organization with national, regional, and market-level partners to expand access to MOUD treatment.
• Build and execute the national referral partnership strategy, setting channel strategies and targets.
