Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists in the United States is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Business Development to drive growth by building lasting partnerships with employer-sponsored health plans, benefit consultants, and strategic partners. You’ll lead a team, shape strategies, and mentor others while serving as a trusted advisor.

This role is fully remote with in-office as needed for meetings and trainings, offering a leadership path in healthcare benefits and a chance to influence client

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of proven success in business development or sales.
• Experience in healthcare or insurance is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Business Development and close high-value clients.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve performance.
• Deliver compelling presentations to clients, consultants, and partners.
• Collaborate with management on sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Travel to industry events and meet decision-makers.
• Own territory and drive sales activities to maximize impact.
