Job summary

Recover Together is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing & Analytics to lead member acquisition and analytics strategy in a fully remote US role. You will own the end-to-end acquisition engine, optimize performance across paid and organic channels, and translate data into strategic actions for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics, with multi-million-dollar budgets and data-driven ROI improvements.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, digital acquisition, and growth strategy, with strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, SEO, web analytics, and marketing automation technologies.
• Sharp analytical judgment; interpret complex datasets, build attribution/forecasting/reporting, turn insights into business recommendations.
• Testing mindset; proven experience optimizing conversion funnels through experimentation.
• Partnership experience with marketing tech platforms and agency relationships, collaborating with analytics, product, and operations teams to drive outcomes.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred; healthcare/consumer tech/high-growth services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the member acquisition engine end to end; set strategy across paid media, lifecycle, and growth channels.
• Lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, traditional media, and programmatic.
• Experiment relentlessly with A/B testing, landing page optimization, audience segmentation, and funnel improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance on forecasts, investment strategy, and budget allocation models.
• Coordinate with Member Access and Operations to align demand generation with appointment availability and sustainable growth.
• Partner with Analytics to build data quality, attribution, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadences.
• Manage marketing technology platforms and external agency partners across acquisition, analytics, SEO, and performance marketing.
• Identify, evaluate, and scale new acquisition channels considering industry trends and consumer behavior.
