Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a visionary VP, Product Interoperability, to own the market strategy, roadmap, and commercial growth for health plan interoperability. You will drive cross‑functional initiatives, align with executive leadership, and propel payer/provider collaboration with a focus on regulatory readiness and market impact.

Reporting to the SVP of Product, you will lead a matrixed team, shape multi‑year roadmaps, and ensure products are delivered with high quality.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of insurance/product leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in payer/provider interoperability and claims processing.
• Ability to lead matrixed teams and manage SAFe Agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to develop and launch new interoperable products.
• Define roadmaps aligning with interop strategy and revenue goals.
• Represent Cotiviti with clients, partners, regulators, and industry bodies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
