Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Director of Product Management for value-based payments to lead the strategy and execution of our product roadmap in healthcare. You will guide a team of product managers, partner with engineering, data science, sales, and customer management, and drive revenue opportunities with payers and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, computer science).
• 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• 5+ years experience working in a health plan environment devising and contracting value-based care contracting models.
• Experience in leadership and managerial positions, preferably as a Senior Product Manager or similar.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively in an AI development life cycle for product concept, development, and launch.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch.
• Ability to think strategically and align product initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Understanding of AI applications in healthcare.
• Experience in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to different stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to advocate for the customer in product decision-making.
• Understanding of how product decisions impact the financial performance of the business.
• Experience identifying and mitigating risks associated with product development and launch.

• Customer Focus: Advocating for the customer and incorporating feedback into product improvements.
• Innovation: Encouraging a culture of innovation within the product team.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks related to product development and launch.
• Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent.
