• Extensive leadership experience in healthcare technology and interoperability.
• Deep knowledge of data exchange standards (FHIR/HL7,X12/EDI,C-CDA).
• Proven ability to manage executive-level partnerships and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise interoperability strategy and multi-year roadmaps across clinical, administrative, and provider data domains.
• Lead operating model, governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement for data exchange workflows.
• Build and manage executive relationships with EHR vendors, HIEs, QHINs, payers, and providers.
• Translate strategy into platform capabilities, product roadmaps, and scalable connectivity.
