Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Director of Product Management - Health Data Interoperability to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare data exchange. Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
• 5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
• 5+ years building enterprise SaaS, platform, API, or healthcare data products.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks, including HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA.
• 3+ year of experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, roadmap development, market analysis, and portfolio prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses to support product initiatives.
• Define product KPIs and measure performance through adoption, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance interoperability initiatives and integration partnerships.
