Job summary

Skyhigh Security in the United States is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead the global Sales Engineering organization and align with our Go-To-Market strategy. You will drive technical excellence, enablement, and customer outcomes for customers and channel partners, reporting to the CRO and collaborating with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Professional Services.

As Field CTO, translate the product vision into customer value, set KPIs, and ensure field readiness,

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading global sales engineering teams.
• Strong track record in enterprise software environments.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Transform the GTM strategy and lead the global Sales Engineering org.
• Establish KPIs and report sales results against targets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Services to deliver customer value.
• Act as Field CTO translating product vision into customer value and guiding roadmap.
• Ensure enablement programs and tools to boost productivity and win rates.
