Job summary

Censys is seeking a VP of Global Demand Generation to own strategy, team, budget and results for pipeline creation worldwide. You will lead integrated campaigns, events, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations across NA, EMEA and APJ, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations.

This build-and-scale role requires turning foundations into a predictable, data-driven pipeline engine, with strong cross-functional collaboration and a focus on ROI.

Qualifications

• Set global demand gen strategy and pipeline targets.
• Build and lead the Demand Gen org.
• Own the demand gen budget and ROI reporting.
• Design multi-channel, persona-based campaigns.
• Own global events portfolio and cost-per-opportunity.
• Establish funnel measurement with Rev Ops.
• Drive lifecycle programs to convert and expand.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement.
