Huntress is seeking a senior FP&A leader to own near- and long-term financial planning, partnering with the CFO and the Executive Team to turn growth drivers into clear recommendations. You will build trusted partnerships, guide reporting and fundraising narratives, and shape a scalable finance function.

You will lead a high-performing FP&A team, modernize forecasting with AI, and ensure reliable, actionable numbers that inform critical business decisions in a remote US environment.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance leadership in high-growth SaaS.
• Analytical storyteller: turn complex financials into a clear narrative for executives, boards, and non-finance stakeholders.
• Trusted influencer: build relationships across the organization, give candid input, and challenge senior leaders with evidence and care.
• Talent builder: develop leaders, not just analysts, and have built engaged, high-performing teams.
• Sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, with a bias for finding and implementing improvements.
• Strong command of enterprise planning systems, BI/visualization tools, and AI-enabled workflows, applied with verification, confidentiality, and control.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic financial planning both near and long term.
• Serve as a key voice to the Executive Team. Shape the company’s financial narrative across reporting, investor relations, and fundraising, and act as a close partner to the CFO.
• Partner with GTM, Product, and functional leaders to turn data into insights non-finance leaders understand and act on, and to challenge them with evidence when needed.
• Lead scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment cases for major decisions.
• Build and scale the FP&A team and operating model, including talent development, succession readiness, governance, and controls.
• Redesign forecasting, planning, variance, and reporting workflows with AI, with controls that validate outputs and protect confidential data.
• Oversee sales compensation administration so incentive plans align with company goals and are executed accurately.
