Job summary

Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity leader, seeks a senior FP&A/Strategic Finance executive to shape near- and long-term planning alongside the CFO and executive team. You will turn growth, efficiency, and cash drivers into clear recommendations and tell the company's financial narrative with rigor and clarity.

You’ll own the FP&A operating layer, including sales compensation, build a scalable team, and redesign forecasting with AI-enabled controls to protect data and accelerate decision

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance leadership in high-growth SaaS.
• Analytical storyteller: ability to turn complex financials into a clear narrative for executives, boards, and stakeholders.
• Trusted influencer: build relationships across the organization, challenge senior leaders with evidence and care.
• Talent builder: develop leaders, not just analysts, and build high-performing teams.
• Sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a bias for improvements.
• Strong command of enterprise planning systems, BI/visualization tools, and AI-enabled workflows with proper controls.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic financial planning both near and long term and identify drivers of growth and cash to inform Executive Team.
• Shape the company's financial narrative across reporting, investor relations, and fundraising, partnering with the CFO.
• Turn data into actionable insights for GTM, Product, and leaders to influence decisions.
• Lead scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment cases for major decisions.
• Build and scale the FP&A team and operating model with governance and controls.
• Redesign forecasting, planning, variance, and reporting workflows with AI-enabled controls.
