Job summary

Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company, seeks a senior FP&A leader to guide strategic financial planning and articulate the story to the executive team and board.

You will partner with GTM, Product, and other functions to turn data into actionable insights, lead scenario modeling and the scaling of FP&A, and oversee sales compensation to align incentives with growth goals.

• 15+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance leadership in high-growth SaaS.
• Analytical storyteller who turns complex financials into clear narratives for executives and boards.
• Trusted influencer who builds relationships and challenges senior leaders with evidence and care.

Responsibilities
