Job summary

Huntress, a cybersecurity leader in the US, seeks an accomplished FP&A and Strategic Finance leader to guide near- and long-term planning and to shape the financial narrative for executives and investors.

You will partner with GTM, Product, and other leaders to turn data into actionable insights while building a scalable FP&A function and governing financial processes with strong controls.

Qualifications

• 15+ years FP&A or Strategic Finance leadership in high-growth SaaS.
• Analytical storyteller able to translate complex numbers for executives and boards.
• Trusted influencer who challenges leaders with evidence and care.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing finance teams.
• Strong command of planning systems, BI tools, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic financial planning short and long term.
• Shape the financial narrative across reporting, investor relations, and fundraising.
• Partner with GTM, Product, and senior leaders to turn data into action.
• Lead scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment cases.
• Build and scale the FP&A team and operating model with governance and controls.
• Redesign forecasting and reporting workflows with AI-enabled tools.
• Oversee sales compensation to align incentives with goals.
