Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience at VP/ CFO-level roles.
• Experience scaling high-growth, venture-backed tech or subscription businesses.
• Hands-on fundraising and financial diligence experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models, forecasts, budgets, and cash runway analyses.
• Drive unit economics, pricing strategy, and gross margin improvements.
• Develop KPI frameworks and operating rhythms (OKRs, S&OP, board materials).
• Lead fundraising efforts and support growth initiatives across portfolio companies.
• Oversee finance infrastructure including ERP and planning systems.
