Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a Vice President of Business Transformation - Finance to shape and execute strategic programs across finance functions. The role partners with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, orchestrates cross-functional delivery, and drives adoption of innovative, data-driven solutions.

The VP leads complex transformation, ensures accountability, and aligns operational plans with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline.
Ten years of related experience in business transformation, with significant management impact.
Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B; financial services preferred.
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CBTP, Change Management, or Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads transformation initiatives that support growth and deliver measurable impact.
Partners with divisional leaders to focus on high-value enterprise initiatives.
Designs and delivers transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
Leads process redesign using data-driven thinking and technology.
Accelerates deployment of innovative solutions with tech and business leaders.
Applies analytical rigor to diagnose root causes and inform decisions.
Drives change management and stakeholder alignment at all levels.
Serves as a trusted advisor with strategic insight to leadership.
Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement.
