Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related field.
• 10+ years in business transformation with management experience.
• Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B.
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking) preferred.
• PM/PgMP/CBTP/Change Management/Six Sigma certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead major business processes and transform functions to deliver measurable impact.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Drive adoption of data‑driven solutions and technology enablement.
• Set or adjust operational plans and goals for the area.
• Track outcomes, manage risks and embed continuous improvement.
