Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related field preferred.
• Licenses as needed. Certification in PMP, PgMP, CBTP, Change Management or Six Sigma recommended.
• Ten years in business transformation with several years in a management role; experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B.
• Financial services industry experience (insurance, banking) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads transformation initiatives that support growth objectives and deliver measurable impact through structured execution.
• Partners with divisional leaders to focus on enterprise-critical initiatives and priorities.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
• Leads process redesign with data-driven thinking and technology enablement to boost efficiency.
• Accelerates deployment of innovative use cases with technology and business leaders.
• Applies analytical rigor to diagnose root causes and inform data-backed decisions.
• Executes change management strategies and engages stakeholders at all levels.
• Acts as trusted advisor with strategic insight and clear communication in leadership discussions.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into transformation efforts.
