Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Account Management to lead the enterprise account management organization, driving revenue retention, expansion, renewals, upsell, and long-term growth within Keeper’s enterprise customer base. This leader will report to the Senior VP of Global Customer Success and work with global CS leaders to scale processes and improve forecast accuracy.

• Develop and execute an enterprise account management strategy to drive retention, expansion, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
• Lead and scale a high-performing enterprise account management organization.
• Coach account management leaders to improve renewal, expansion, and customer growth processes.
• Establish scalable processes, forecasting standards, and best practices for the team.
