Job summary

Keeper is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to grow revenue within named accounts in the EMEA region. The role involves engaging C-Level contacts and driving renewals, cross-sells, and upsells across strategic accounts.

Candidates should have 5+ years in SaaS sales, strong identity management knowledge, and experience working with enterprise organizations. A hybrid/remote setup is available depending on location and travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full cycle or strategic growth SaaS sales, enterprise account growth experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of identity management software, implementation, onboarding & support.
• Experience selling to enterprise orgs and C-Level executives; autonomous and proactive.
• Cybersecurity or IAM industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry a revenue quota within assigned strategic accounts.
• Build relationships with executives and C-Level contacts to drive renewals, cross-sells and upsells.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiations; drive expansion across global accounts.
• Present Keeper solutions and conduct quarterly business reviews with customers.
• Act as a Keeper security advisor to customers and advocate for best practices.
