Candidates should have 12+ years in engineering with a product focus, 8+ years in leadership, a BS in Computer Science (MS preferred), and a proven ability to deliver high‑quality software.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in engineering with a product development focus.
• 8+ years in leadership roles managing teams of engineers.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong background in developing customer-facing software, ideally SaaS.
• Expertise in contemporary software practices and the full product lifecycle.
• Experience in cloud-based application development environments.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-quality software products.
