Job summary

Channelscaler is seeking a Senior Vice President of Engineering to lead a global, AI-first engineering organization, own the technical roadmap, and partner with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to turn strategy into customer impact.

You will stay close to the architecture and code as a player-coach, embed AI across the development lifecycle, and ensure the platform is secure, reliable, and scalable to power next-stage growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership in cloud-native and/or modern SaaS environments.
• Strong technical depth in cloud-native architecture and applied AI/ML.
• Track record attracting and retaining top engineering talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global engineering organization as a player-coach.
• Own the technical roadmap and architecture, ensuring security and reliability.
