The role emphasizes market insight, financial discipline, and partnerships, with travel up to 75% depending on location.

The VP will guide business development, portfolio strategy, and integration efforts from recent acquisitions, reporting to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience managing vertical markets, including 5+ years of people leadership.
• Minimum of 3 years of Data Center market experience.
• Demonstrated success leading cross functional strategies resulting in sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Commercial building industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Global Data Center Solutions strategy and value proposition.
• Identify growth opportunities for the Data Center business through market assessment and competitive insights.
• Oversee product portfolio, including roadmap and business model innovation.
• Lead commercialization strategies and key programs for Data Center products and solutions.
• Own and drive innovation and growth opportunities, including partnerships or acquisitions.
• Build and lead Data Center Solutions team and develop talent.
