Job summary

Tenfold Search & Advisory is seeking a seasoned data center real estate originator to lead nationwide deal sourcing and client engagement. You will build relationships with developers and operators, drive the pipeline, and move opportunities from first outreach through closing.

The role requires hands-on experience in data center transactions, strong financial modelling, and the ability to work remotely with travel as needed. A bachelor’s degree and proficiency with Salesforce/Excel are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant data center real estate experience.
• Knowledge of ground leases, option agreements, easements, title and escrow.
• Hands-on experience in data center real estate transactions with brokers.
• Moderate financial modelling ability; strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Self-directed and organized; able to work remotely with travel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Salesforce and Excel proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Originate the purchase of real estate beneath data center developments.
• Build direct relationships with developers and operators; manage a robust pipeline.
• Source on- and off-market opportunities; manage broker relationships.
• Act as in-house expert on data centers: power, utilities, market saturation, tenant demand; screen inbound deals.
• Present opportunities to investment committee and board; coordinate underwriting, legal and closing to funding.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences; build national presence and contribute to international expansion.
