Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive pre-construction, construction management or capital-project leadership.
• Experience delivering data center or mission-critical infrastructure is preferred.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-construction operating model across the portfolio, including scope, readiness standards and gates.
• Prioritize projects against construction-start dates, requirements and readiness risk.
• Define construction scope boundaries and interfaces with Engineering, Construction and Procurement; resolve upstream items.
• Integrate power, utilities, water, wastewater and fiber requirements into sequencing and interconnection plans.
• Coordinate permit packages, approvals and release conditions with engineering and specialists.
• Drive constructability reviews and balance cost/schedule with interface gaps.
• Lead readiness governance, risk management and release recommendations for packages.
• Develop phasing, logistics and early-works strategies aligned to site constraints and milestones.
• Coordinate with Estimating and Procurement on packaging, long-lead releases and scope.
