LG Electronics North America is seeking a VP of Chiller Sales, Engineering & Aftermarket to lead the commercial strategy and sales execution for data center cooling solutions across North America. This role requires deep technical expertise in chiller systems and strategic engagement with hyperscale and colocation customers.

The ideal candidate will drive growth, manage multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios, and build high-performing teams while aligning with product roadmaps and aftermarket

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HVAC, applied equipment, or building systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term strategy for the data center cooling business.
• Lead strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
• Develop executive-level relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee sales functions for data center cooling solutions.
• Achieve annual bookings, revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmaps.
