Job summary

Brighton Health Plan Solutions, LLC is seeking a remote Contribution Accounting & Enrollment Leader to guide a high-volume, multi-employer benefits operation. You will oversee hours processing, eligibility, and contributions across funds, driving efficiency while maintaining compliance and client satisfaction.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership in contribution accounting or related fields, strong analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in contribution accounting, eligibility, fund administration, healthcare operations, or related operational environments.
• Strong understanding of multi-employer health and welfare fund administration and union environments.
• Experience interpreting CBAs and employer contribution requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Contribution Accounting & Eligibility department, including managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Establish department goals, service standards, KPIs, and priorities aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee daily processing, reconciliation, and posting of hours files, eligibility lists, and contributions.
• Ensure compliance with CBAs, trust documents, eligibility rules, and fund policies.
• Develop client relationships and provide operational transparency and proactive issue resolution.
