Centene Corporation seeks an executive to lead enrollment and billing operations across regions, driving efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. You will align plans with corporate goals, oversee daily workflows, manage budgets, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve exceptional member service and financial results.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of healthcare operations experience required.
• Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, managing workload and performance required.
• Extensive experience in health insurance enrollment and billing operations required.
• Experience with healthcare billing systems and revenue cycle management preferred.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for enrollment and billing operations, aligning with the company’s overall goals.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
• Manage departmental budgets, analyze financial data, and collaborate with finance for accurate billing.
• Implement and maintain policies to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct audits, and resolve compliance issues.
• Maintain elevated levels of customer satisfaction and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage and monitor KPIs related to enrollment, billing, and revenue.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollment applications, billing statements, and claims.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and member satisfaction.
• Oversee all aspects of enrollment and billing operations, including member enrollment, policy administration, claim processing, and revenue cycle management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
