Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare operations experience required.
• Experience managing staff including hiring, training, workload and performance.
• Extensive experience in health insurance enrollment and billing operations.
• Experience with healthcare billing systems and revenue cycle management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for enrollment and billing operations, aligning with the company's overall goals.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
• Manage departmental budgets, analyze financial data, and collaborate with finance for accurate billing.
• Implement and maintain policies to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct audits, and resolve compliance issues.
• Maintain elevated levels of customer satisfaction and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage and monitor KPIs related to enrollment, billing, and revenue.
• Contribute to long-term strategic plans, identify growth opportunities, and stay informed on industry trends.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollment applications, billing statements, and claims.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and member satisfaction.
• Oversee all aspects of enrollment and billing operations, including member enrollment, policy administration, claim processing, and revenue cycle management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
