Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national SME in Commercial P&C and agency operations. You will drive workflow standardization, process improvements, and capacity planning while collaborating with leadership to scale performance and services.

The role emphasizes M&A integration, operational transformation, and guiding producers and operations to deliver exceptional client service and shareholder value. Remote work with onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to improve operations.
• Promote workflow standardization, process improvements, and scalability.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling for growth.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation.
• Collaborate with producers and operations to deliver client excellence.
• Advise on agency operations, workflows, systems, and best practices.
