Virta Health is seeking a seasoned VP of Client Success to own revenue growth from the existing client base while scaling our CS teams. The role requires deep healthcare industry knowledge, plus the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with executive-level clients and internal partners.

You will manage an expanding client success and implementation function, drive account expansions and renewals, and partner with marketing and product teams to deliver measurable ROI and patient access.

Formación

• 15+ years experience in Commercial Leadership within healthcare.
• Track record of implementing strategies to drive revenue growth through expansion and account retention.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem & industry trends.
• Experience scaling a Client Success organization & mentoring growing teams.
• Experience managing and growing other people leaders.
• Ability proactively problem solve and drive new initiatives.
• Strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and project leadership skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving company; AI experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead executive for Employer and Health Plan customer segments, including the Implementation function.
• Grow and evaluate systems, processes, and people to keep pace with client growth.
• Grow revenue from the existing book of business.
• Provide top level service with analytics showing the transformative impact and hard dollar savings.
• Develop and deepen relationships with key executives within large clients.
• Partner with customers on program goals and KPIs, sharing Virta ROI.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing CS & implementation team.
• Own account expansions and renewals; manage renewal risks and grow client size YoY.
• Partner with Patient Marketing to drive access and best practice adoption.
• Act as customer advocate across Operations and Product teams.
