Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Mngr/Associate Director, Process Design & Deployment to shape operational and technology-enabled process design for patient-focused programs in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This remote role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable program designs, spanning journey mapping, requirements documentation, and testing readiness to improve performance and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in project or operations management.
• Extensive knowledge of hub operations with nursing and reimbursement experience.
• Direct experience liaising between client-facing and technology teams.
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including UAT and hypercare support.
• Proficient in Salesforce reporting, including dashboard development.
• Experience in data mapping and migration.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to design programs that align with technical workflows and business processes.
• Analyze customer needs and system capabilities to provide effective solutions.
• Support program operations by ensuring seamless integration and data migration.
• Document and prioritize business and data requirements for projects.
• Design and document the end-to-end patient journey for client discovery.
• Ensure program design aligns with technical standards and workflows.
• Assist in technical workflow creation and user acceptance testing.
