Job summary

Nailbiter, a fast-growing market research firm, is seeking a seasoned Client Growth lead to expand strategic partnerships with major CPG brands.

You will own a portfolio of existing clients, develop innovative research approaches, and drive measurable business value while collaborating with Consumer and Shopper Insights teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in quantitative market research and client relationship management.
• Experience working with CPG clients is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and CRM/business development tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow long-term relationships with existing client accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase revenue.
• Develop proposals and research approaches aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with Consumer Insights and Shopper Insights teams to understand business objectives and growth opportunities.
• Manage contract renewals, procurement, and MSA processes.
• Serve as the primary client advocate and liaison to internal teams.
• Represent Nailbiter with senior client stakeholders and industry partners.
