The ideal candidate will translate complex product performance into clear customer value for contractors, specifiers, and end users, while hands-on building teams, improving processes, and executing strategic initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience leading marketing organizations in building materials or related industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to market physical products through distributors, dealers, OEMs, or other channel partners.
• Proven track record linking marketing investment to qualified pipeline and revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a marketing organization focused on qualified pipeline, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Build demand generation across digital, email, ABM, and field programs.
• Partner with Sales Ops on Salesforce lead management, conversion tracking, and attribution.
