Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; disciplines listed.
Ten years of related experience in business transformation; management experience required.
Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation initiatives across business units.
Partner with leaders to identify high-impact initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and budget.
Drive process redesign with data-driven thinking and tech enablement.
