Job summary

Sedgwick, a global risk and claims solutions leader, seeks a VP of Business Transformation to drive cross‑functional initiatives that align with enterprise strategy. This role partners with senior leaders to identify high‑impact opportunities, orchestrates complex programs, and ensures measurable outcomes through data‑driven decision making.

You will lead diverse teams, manage change, and champion efficiency through process redesign and technology enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments is highly preferred.
• Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads transformation initiatives that support business unit growth and measurable impact.
• Partners with leaders to identify high‑value enterprise initiatives.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Leads process redesign with data‑driven thinking and tech enablement.
• Drives adoption through change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and promotes continuous improvement.
