Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation with several years in a management role.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments; financial services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads transformation initiatives that support business unit growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Partners with divisional leaders to identify high-value initiatives and drive execution.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
• Leads data-driven process redesign and technology-enabled improvements.
• Monitors risks, tracks outcomes, and drives continuous improvement.
