Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Finance Operations & Transformation to lead a global finance operations function focused on process excellence, efficiency, and scalable transformation.

The role partners with finance and business leaders to improve transactional performance, strengthen controls, and support profitable growth. Location is remote with US-based candidates only; compensation ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 per year.

Competenze

• 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Significant experience with finance operations or finance transformation.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in finance transformation.
• Proven ability to modernize processes through automation and AI tools.
• Strong leadership skills for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
